Here at Carbon Fibre Skinning we provide a specialist service custom skinning/wrapping any car or motorcycle in a genuine high quality carbon fibre. Skinning a part in carbon fibre will greatly enhance its appearance, increase its strength and is an alternative to the more costly method of making a complete replacement part. In most cases is the only viable option where the fittings for interior parts cannot be replicated.

In brief, after receiving your core part(s) we prepared the part by keying the surface area to create a strong bond for the epoxy resin to adhere to the carbon fibre material. Once this has been applied the carbon fibre is hand laid to the part and left to fully cure over night. Once fully secure, a layer of high grade epoxy resin is applied to the carbon fibre and left to cure over night. Once fully cured, the part is sanded back and the whole processed is repeated a multiple of times.
